  • Real-Time Bidding (RTB): Our AI-powered bidding algorithms evaluate each impression opportunity and bid optimally based on your campaign goals.
  • Optimization Engine: Machine learning continuously optimizes your campaigns for the best performance, adjusting bids, targeting, and creative rotation.

Simply create an account, set up your first campaign with your target audience and budget, upload creatives, and our platform handles the rest - finding the right users at the right price.

How do I get started with Cubemobi? +

Getting started with Cubemobi is straightforward:

  • Step 1: Contact Us - Reach out to our team via the contact form or email. We'll schedule a consultation to understand your advertising goals.
  • Step 2: Account Setup - Once approved, we'll create your advertiser account and provide dashboard access.
  • Step 3: Integration - Our technical team will help you set up tracking (MMP integration, postbacks, etc.).
  • Step 4: Campaign Creation - Create your first campaign with our guidance, including targeting, budget, and creative upload.
  • Step 5: Launch & Optimize - Launch your campaign and work with your account manager to optimize performance.

Most advertisers can have their first campaign live within 48-72 hours of initial contact.

Pricing & Billing

What is the minimum budget to start advertising? +

Our minimum requirements are designed to accommodate advertisers of various sizes:

  • Minimum Deposit: $1,000 USD for new accounts
  • Minimum Daily Budget: $50 USD per campaign
  • Recommended Starting Budget: $3,000-$5,000 USD for meaningful test data

We recommend a higher initial budget to gather sufficient data for optimization. With a small budget, it may take longer to see meaningful results and optimize effectively. For enterprise clients with larger budgets, we offer dedicated account management, custom solutions, and preferential pricing.

What pricing models do you support? +

We support multiple pricing models to match your campaign objectives:

  • CPI (Cost Per Install): Pay only when a user installs your app. Most popular for user acquisition campaigns.
  • CPA (Cost Per Action): Pay when users complete specific in-app actions like registration, purchase, or level completion.
  • CPC (Cost Per Click): Pay for each click on your ad. Good for driving traffic and awareness.
  • CPM (Cost Per Mille): Pay per 1,000 impressions. Ideal for branding campaigns.

The best model depends on your goals. CPI is most common for mobile apps, while CPA is preferred when you want to optimize for quality users who take valuable actions.

How does billing work? +

We offer two billing options:

  • Prepaid: Deposit funds into your account, and spend is deducted as campaigns run. You'll receive notifications when your balance is low. This is the default option for new advertisers.
  • Postpaid (Credit): Run campaigns on credit with monthly invoicing. Available for established advertisers after a credit review. Payment terms are typically Net-30.

Payment Methods: We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and PayPal. For large deposits, wire transfer is preferred to avoid transaction fees.

Invoices: Detailed invoices are generated monthly and available in your dashboard. They include campaign-level spend breakdown, impressions, clicks, installs, and other metrics.

Are there any hidden fees? +

No hidden fees. Our pricing is transparent:

  • You pay only for the results (installs, clicks, or impressions based on your pricing model)
  • No setup fees or account maintenance fees
  • No fee for accessing the dashboard or reporting
  • No minimum monthly spend requirements

The only additional costs you might encounter are:

  • Credit card processing fees (2.9% for credit card payments - avoidable by using wire transfer)
  • Third-party tracking/MMP costs (which you pay directly to your MMP provider, not to us)

Rewarded video and playable ads typically deliver the highest quality users but may have lower scale. We recommend testing multiple formats to find what works best for your app.

How long does it take to launch a campaign? +

Campaign launch timeline depends on a few factors:

  • New Advertisers: Account setup and verification typically takes 1-2 business days
  • Creative Review: All creatives are reviewed for compliance, usually within 24 hours
  • Tracking Setup: MMP integration and postback testing may take 1-2 days

Typical Timeline:

  • Existing advertisers with approved creatives: Same day
  • New advertisers with ready assets: 2-3 business days
  • Complex integrations or custom requirements: 5-7 business days

We invest significantly in user acquisition and marketing, often spending $500K-$2M+ per title. Revenue share compensates for this investment and ongoing operational costs.

We evaluate games based on several criteria:

  • Genre: RPG, strategy, card games, and simulation games perform best in our core markets
  • Retention: D1 retention above 35%, D7 above 12%
