Billing, Reporting and Review

Use this guide to prepare a business discussion with Cubemobi Network Technology Limited. Published amounts below come from the advertiser FAQ and reference documentation; the approved account and written agreement determine the applicable commercial terms.

From Enquiry to Approved Access

Send the product or property URL, audience markets, objective and proposed timing. The contact form saves a brief and returns a reference for follow-up. It does not create an account, charge a card, issue credentials or launch a campaign. The team reviews the brief before confirming account access, integration instructions, campaign approval and payment arrangements.

Existing partners should use the secure platform address supplied to their approved account. For access problems, quote the account or enquiry reference without sending passwords, access tokens or payment information.

Deposit, Daily Budget and Technical Examples

Confirm the account's eligibility, current schema, currency, daily pacing and total budget before transferring funds or implementing an API request. A deposit balance, campaign daily limit and recommended test amount describe different things. See the published budget guidance and API reference scope.

Payments and Reconciliation

The FAQ describes prepaid accounts and approved postpaid arrangements with typical Net-30 terms. It lists wire transfer, credit cards and PayPal, and a 2.9% credit-card processing fee. Confirm the methods and fee treatment for the account; the website enquiry form does not accept payment.

Before paying an invoice or making a deposit, confirm the beneficiary and instructions through the established account contact. Do not send card numbers, bank-login credentials or customer lists in a website brief. Record the transaction reference, currency and the account it funds.

When comparing reports, use the same date range, timezone, event definition, attribution window, currency and gross-or-net treatment. Separate platform delivery, tracker-attributed outcomes, invalid-traffic adjustments, processing fees and settlement timing. A ROAS figure describes attributed revenue relative to advertising spend; it is not profit. A network total is not a guarantee for an individual account.

Unused Balances and Review Requests

The Terms say prepaid funds are generally non-refundable except as required by law or at Cubemobi's discretion; unused funds may be refunded upon account closure subject to outstanding obligations. This guide preserves those conditions. Asking for a review does not mean a refund is approved, and the public form does not perform a refund.

Quote the account reference, balance in question, currency, date range and relevant transaction references. Distinguish unused prepaid funds from disputed delivered traffic, processing fees, credits and outstanding invoices. The FAQ's statement about refunds or credits for confirmed fraudulent traffic is a separate quality-adjustment process. Agree on the review outcome and settlement instructions with the account team. See the existing refund terms.

Launch Readiness and Escalation

The contact page's 24-48-hour launch guidance refers to a standard campaign after assets are ready and account and tracking requirements are met. The FAQ also describes 48-72 hours from initial contact, 2-3 business days for new advertisers with ready assets, and 5-7 business days for complex requirements. These published planning estimates cover different readiness conditions; confirm a launch date after account, creative and measurement review.

For a delivery or billing discrepancy, include the affected campaign or placement, timestamps and timezone, expected behavior and relevant report references. Describe when to pause delivery and who can authorize changes. Start from a support enquiry or the agreed account support channel.
